And now you can even buy PostScript versions for the first time. Contact us sales@type.co.uk for further advice and details on hybrid fonts that bridge the gap between Mac OS 9 (Quickdraw) & OS X (Quartz). - NEW FROM EMIGRE: VISTA SANS Sketched by Xavier Dupré while on holiday in Sumatra, the resulting text face takes on some of the eye-catching idiosyncrasies of Sumatran shop signs (especially the Alt weights) but has been refined to become a fully functional and versatile sans family comprising 6 uprights (Light to Black) with italic, Small Cap and alternate variants - in all, an impressive 36 fonts. View and buy Vista Sans here. - FONT OF THE BLOODY MONTH: TOURETTE Jon Barnbrook's VIRUS foundry has recently grown with the addition of Tourette, a whimsical and delicate font based on light slab serif letterforms from the 18th and 19th Century. Sharing design credits with Virus collaborator Marcus McCallion (see his own Undt collection as well on type.co.uk), Tourette comes in Normal and Extreme weights, the latter containing intricate flourishes and sweeping swash characters. An effing treasure. View and buy Tourette here. View the full Virus Collection here.
