Other parties include typeface foundries, typeface designers, product manufacturers, sub-contractors and other suppliers who require personal information to complete licence and contract documentation where Fontworks is a distributor or reseller of third party products, or to enable Fontworks to fulfil manufacturing, service and support obligations where Fontworks appoints a sub-contractor to undertake the provision of these services.
